Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from customer's receipt of purchase order (date delivered to the designated address). Some, not all items purchased may be returned for an online store credit within 7 days after delivered to the designated address. The Parijone' online store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date issued, and must be used by the original purchaser (non-transferable). This online store credit can be used towards any merchandise or supplies offered in the store. The purchaser is responsible for making sure their online store credit is applied. No refunds will be issued on any items purchased unless it is a customized item with an error made by the Company. No customized items can be returned, or exchanged and no credits will be given for customized purchases unless an error has occurred at the fault of the Company. Please be sure to double check the spelling, design, and other information for all customized items ordered. The Company will not accept liability/loss for any error, or misprint caused by the purchaser's error or any incorrect information provided by the purchaser. In order to be issued an online store credit the item must be unused, undamaged (including stains and odors such as cigarette smoke etc.), unstretched, untampered with, have all labels attached and be in the original packaging. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping cost on all exchanged/returned items. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of the purchase (delivered to designated address), the company will not offer online store credit. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/exchanged/issued a Parijone online store credit such as customized, all supplies, items food, flowers (fresh or imitation), candles, air fresheners, published and non-published books, cd's, dvd's, newspapers, downloadable software products, gift cards, purchased online or reading materials in the form of documents, videos, magazines materials with expiration dates, items pertaining to holidays and birthdays, and other unnamed items. If an item indicates final sale/final markdown no returns/exchanges, or Parijone' online store credits will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange/issue online store credit at any time on any merchandise even if within the 7 days of receipt of purchased order (delivered to designated address). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if applicable.

Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where refunds or partial refunds are granted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or online store credit. If you are approved, then your credit will automatically be applied to your account within seven (7) working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in a timely manner, check your bank account then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at designs@parijone.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are improperly made at the fault of the company. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at designs@parijone.com and we will inform you which location to return your items to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are return shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
